CLEAN AND SHINE
• Make sure your home is spotless and fresh smelling.
• You may want to hire a professional carpet cleaner and air out any smoke odors.

CUT THE CLUTTER
• Have a garage sale to get rid of extra junk.
• Straighten the cupboards and closets.
• Remove piles of papers and any posters that may be offensive.
• Pack up some of those personal pictures, you want the buyers attention to be on your home and not your family portraits.
